Business Development Executive – B2B Sales
We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join a fast-growing technology and telecoms provider based in Belfast.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales or telesales experience who wants to develop their career within a high-performing sales environment with strong earning potential and progression opportunities.
You will be responsible for working with existing business customers, introducing telecom solutions, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts, while building strong relationships with clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Speaking with existing business customers to introduce telecom solutions
- Explaining the features and benefits of telecom products and services
- Identifying opportunities to upgrade or expand services within accounts
- Working closely with major network partners to deliver solutions
- Providing excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Generating additional orders and referrals from existing clients
- Building strong relationships and developing long‑term business partnerships
- Consistently working towards and achieving sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, or account management preferred
- Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Motivated by targets and commission‑based earnings
- A proactive mindset with the ability to think on your feet
- Ability to manage customer relationships in a professional sales environment
