We’re now looking for an ambitious, motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Whether you’re new to the industry or have a little experience and want to develop quickly, we’ll give you the platform to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source, attract, and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for live roles.
- Support senior consultants in managing job briefs and placing candidates.
- Write and post engaging job adverts.
- Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and manage feedback cycles.
- Learn and apply sales techniques to grow your desk over time.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Self‑motivated, confident, and target‑driven.
- Eager to learn, with a growth mindset.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and clients.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, performance‑focused environment.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or recruitment (ideal, but not essential).
- A team player who thrives on collaboration and shared success.
