The Role
Driving transformation with a focus on culture, quality, and operational excellence
Implementing and embedding new digital systems, ensuring staff adopt and use them confidently
Strengthening governance, medication processes, and quality frameworks
Supporting teams to deliver meaningful, empowering lives for the people they support
Requirements
- CIW Experience
- Proven experience in turnaround and transformation within Adult Social Care
Deep understanding of change management, workforce culture, and operational improvement
Strong digital transformation experience
