Business Development And Mobilisation Manager

Role Description

The Business Development and Mobilisation Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in our Merseyside branch. In this role, you will develop relatiosnhops with internal amd external stakehokders, support the growth of our referral network and oversee the safe and effective mobilisation of new packages of care. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, preparing proposals and pitches, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless mobilisation processes. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery outcomes align with the goals of the people we suppor and wider organisational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Development skills including identifying opportunities, client relationship management, and proposal preparation
• Mobilisation and Coordination skills, such as planning, overseeing implementation, and supporting transitions
• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills for building and maintaining partnerships
• Knowledge of the care sector and experience working with individuals requiring complex support is advantageous
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and prioritise work in a dynamic environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, KPI driven environement
