London | Leading Cost & Project Management Consultancy
I’m currently partnering with a highly respected Cost & Project Management consultancy in London who are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to support their continued growth across the commercial and fit‑out sector.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑established, client‑facing consultancy delivering high‑quality projects across commercial fit‑out, hospitality/leisure, and refurbishment/retrofit schemes.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering projects end‑to‑end, acting as the key client interface and taking full ownership from inception through to completion.
Projects are typically fast‑paced, design‑led environments requiring strong stakeholder management and the ability to operate autonomously.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver projects independently across multiple sectors
- Act as the primary client contact and trusted advisor
- Manage project programmes, risks, and commercial performance
- Administer contracts, particularly under JCT forms
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and consultants
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality expectations
What They’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering projects autonomously
- Strong background in commercial fit‑out, hospitality, or refurbishment projects
- Solid understanding and experience administering JCT contracts
- MRICS qualified or actively working towards chartership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
