A leading partner for contract packing services in the UK is seeking a Production Line Team Leader for its Loughborough site. You will provide day-to-day leadership, support and guidance to colleagues to ensure team operates effectively and to company standards.

The role involves working Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM – 03:30 PM, with paid holiday on your birthday after completing 12 weeks. Focus is on training, development and performance, with strong emphasis on health, safety and compliance.
