We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our friendly team and run our busy Architects’ office.

TERM OF APPOINTMENT:5 Days a week, full-time ideally, but would look at part-time hours

HOURS OF WORK:Monday – Friday: 9 -5

RENUMERATION:Dependant on experience

HOLIDAYS:23 days in addition to statutory holidays

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:Experience working in an office in an administrative capacity.

KEY SKILLS

  • Take control of the running of the office and be the first point of contact
  • Be a team player and enjoy working with others
  • Ability to juggle workload and prioritise own workload
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Work quickly and independently
  • Be flexible and to problem solve
  • Be efficient and use your own initiative
  • A good level of IT literacy

ROLE DETAILS

  • Office management: help to ensure all aspects of the office run smoothly and efficiently
  • Calendar management for the directors and staff
  • Provide first point of contact: phone calls and email liaison
  • Architectural administration: helping the architects with administrative tasks
