Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the technology workstream for a major integration programme.
  • Build and manage the integrated technology delivery plan across digital, e‑commerce, retail, data, supply chain, and corporate technology domains.
  • Coordinate technical teams and vendors to deliver application integrations, data migrations, security controls, and infrastructure changes.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and programme‑wide impacts, maintaining tight control of timelines and quality.
  • Validate technical deliverables against business and customer requirements.
  • Produce clear and concise updates for leadership, steering groups, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Track implications of the technology programme, contributing to forecasting, cost management, and variance analysis.

Profile

A successful Technical Project Manager should have:

  • 7+ years delivering large‑scale technology programmes, ideally within consumer‑focused environments (retail, FMCG, e‑commerce, digital‑first brands).
  • Strong experience managing multi‑disciplinary technology projects including integrations, data migrations, and platform modernisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across digital applications, data platforms, security, and infrastructure.
  • Proven experience managing complex cutovers and supporting post‑go‑live hyper‑care.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management across technical teams, business functions, vendors, and senior leadership.
  • Clear communicator able to translate complex technical content for non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).
  • Strong awareness around project budgets, cost drivers, and forecasting.
  • Advanced skills with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word; hands‑on experience using Jira and Confluence.
