What’s the role?

We are looking for a Project Manager to drive excellence in the delivery of Rezolve AI solutions across all our platforms. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end project management while also mentoring and supporting more junior members of the team, ensuring plans are well-structured, reports are delivered on time, and overall execution meets the highest standards.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide ‘hands‑on’ project management of projects throughout their life cycle: from initiation, through requirements & design, solution development, testing and deployment.
  • Create and manage effort/budget estimates for all stages of the implementation projects, including the identification and justification of additional effort/budget required.
  • Provide status reporting regarding project progress, key milestone dates, identified risks/issues/dependencies to all project stakeholders.
  • Manage project scope and changes, provide reporting on Client Projects and take ownership of escalations. Ensure mitigation in place to prevent slippage, ensuring customer dependencies are clearly stated.
  • Management of project resources ensuring the correct level of PM Billable work for each client.
  • Evaluation of project lessons.
  • Manage client relationships and key touchpoints across both customer and internal teams, ensuring all project documentation (client-facing and internal) is accurate, timely, and aligned.
  • Suggest enhancement to solution delivery process, establishing practices, templates and tools to enhance and expand the delivery & of projects within the business.

  • Degree educated or equivalent professional experience, with a Prince2 Practitioner, Scrum Master or similarly recognised project management qualification.
  • 5+ years of recent experience in project management within a technical environment, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using both internal and external resources.
  • Strong team‑building skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non‑technical stakeholders, backed by strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills with a keen eye for detail and strong commercial awareness.
  • Strong client‑facing, presentation, and relationship‑building skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence is an advantage.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong drive to mobilise people, get things done, and deliver results.
