Radar Facilities Lead — Assistant Shift Leader (24/7)

Serco Limited at RAF Fylingdales, North Yorkshire, is seeking an Assistant Shift Leader to help run the SSPAR facility 24/7. You will monitor plant and BMS, carry out electrical AP duties, and ensure safe, compliant operation with a focus on continuous improvement.

You’ll work in a high-utility, critical-defence environment with a skilled shift team, supporting radar operations, diagnostics, and on-site reporting.
