Lead Simulator Engineer (FFS) – 24/7 Maintenance

Quadrant Pilot Training is seeking a Senior Simulator Engineer based in Burgess Hill, West Sussex, to lead maintenance of up to four Full Flight Simulators and ground training devices. The role includes supervising junior technicians, liaising with flight crews, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities cover proactive fault finding, preventive maintenance, and coordinating QTGs, with a 24×7 shift pattern and potential full-time or part-time arrangements.
