Role Description

BACA Workwear & Safety is seeking a proactive Sales Account Manager for a mixed base of working from the office in Northampton and visiting clients out onsite. The primary responsibilities include managing key accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting BACA’s range of products and services to clients. The Sales Account Manager will collaborate closely with the sales and customer service teams to drive growth and achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure high-quality experiences for clients
  • Proven experience in Account Management and managing client relationships
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with internal teams and clients
  • Proficiency in understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to shared goals
  • Prior experience in sales or a similar customer-focused role is required
