Compassionate Care Support Worker — 24/7 Rotas & Sleep-Ins

Crooton in Farnham, Surrey, is seeking compassionate Support Workers to assist individuals with learning disabilities. You will provide daily living support and emotional encouragement within a rota-based schedule across 7 days.

Full-time contracts offer 37.5 hours or 15 hours plus extra hours weekly; sleep-ins are paid at £64.20 and sleep-in shifts at £62.45. Experience in care is valued; driving is a plus though not required.
