Due to recent growth and expansion Desmond Motors have a Fantastic Opportunity for an Experienced Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing, busy team in Omagh. As a newly appointed Ford Store and Geely Dealer, we have an opening for a driven, energetic and reliable sales person . You will be selling New and Used Fords and Geely Cars.
Required Experience:
- Experience in sales is preferred but not essential. Sales experience in car or vans is an advantage
- Must be self-motivated, target driven and have an enthusiastic personality
- A true desire to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly
- Able to use technology to post videos on our socials
- Able to demonstrate drive, commitment and enthusiasm; together with a willingness to contribute to your team and more importantly your customers
- Able to convince others in both positive or negative circumstances
- Manage and close existing deals while cultivating new opportunities
- Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
- Must be flexible to work every other Saturday , 1 evening per week and bank holidays where required
- Must hold a valid Driving licence
- Able to demonstrate ability to follow process

To be eligible for a company vehicle, you must have held a full manual driving licence for a minimum period of 6 months
Work Schedule:
Our Sales Executives work 5 out of 7 days each week which will include 1 evening until 7.30 pm and rotated Saturdays from 9 am to 2.30 pm. Bank holidays are rotated and open under Saturday hours with Skeleton Staff. The sales team on shift will receive full days holiday for any Bank Holidays worked.
