Job Description

  • Manage planned works programmes (kitchens, bathrooms, roofing etc.)
  • Oversee project delivery and contractor performance
  • Prepare specifications, works orders, and estimates
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and compliant
  • Support decarbonisation and energy efficiency initiatives
  • Maintain resident communication throughout project delivery

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience delivering planned works in housing
  • Strong project management and contractor oversight experience
  • Understanding of compliance and H&S requirements
  • Commercial awareness and budget control
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skill
