Job Description

• Set and communicate a clear, ambitious product vision aligned with organisational strategy.
• Build and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• Translate user needs and market insights into user stories, backlog items, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery for multiple concurrent projects, from concept to closure.
• Lead and coordinate change activities, ensuring structured governance and smooth delivery.
• Track KPIs post‑launch and report progress to leadership, ensuring accountability and transparency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third‑party vendors to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, release planning, demos, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

• 7+ years overall experience, including 4+ years in metals, mining, or energy industries.
• Strong background as a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master leading Agile teams.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a relevant business field.
• Certified in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, or equivalent).
• Proven experience managing complex change portfolios and multi‑project environments.
• Skilled in backlog management, UI/UX collaboration, wireframing, and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of engineering best practices, Agile delivery, and SDLC methodologies.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Azure, Power BI, Python, SQL, Synapse, and big‑data environments.
