Van Driver Nights Swindon pay – 13.25 per hour

The Best Connection Swindon are looking for a reliable delivery driver for our client to deliver fresh food products to private and business customers while representing their company values.

Job and responsibilities

• Collect van and produce and complete daily deliveries
• Follow customer delivery instructions and respect customer property
• Collect empty trays and return customer keys safely
• Keep the van clean, fuelled, and report any maintenance issues
• Provide daily feedback on wastage, customer feedback, and deliveries
• Identify potential new customers and share leads with management
• Assist with marketing activities and events

Hours and Pay

• Pay 13.25
• Ad hoc delivery driver 2 days a week
• Start time between 3 am to 10 am
• Training given

Food Safety

• Follow all food safety and HACCP procedures, including hygiene, uniform, allergens, and cross-contamination controls

Requirements

• Previous delivery experience
• Valid driver’s licence
• Food Safety Level 1
• Knowledge of the food industry/local food scene (desirable)
• Customer service or sales experience (an advantage, not essential)
