The Crowd are partnered with an established, friendly, mid-sized architecture studio that are seeking an interior focused Architect with proven experience working on commercial and mixed-use projects in London.
Based out of a beautiful office in a vibrant part of town, the role will be responsible for leading a team and running large-scale commercial and mixed-use project. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the sector through coordination and technical stages with strong understanding of UK building regulations and planning processes, proficiency in Revit and FF&E experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Closely working with the Project Director to deliver large-scale commercial projects
- Liaise with consultants and the wider project team
- Help the wider team to deliver projects through tender and constructions stages
- Work with the wider team to lead and manage the project through design stages to technical drawing production
- Present design concept to clients and external consultants
- Provide expertise within FF&E specifications and show a strong interest in emerging trends within commercial projects
Key Skills / Requirements:
- At least 4 years’ experience with strong exposure to UK commercial office or mixed-use projects.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Knowledge of UK building regulations and UK planning processes
- Strong technical understanding through construction stages
- Experienced in liaising with project teams and external consultants
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities
- Exposure to FF&E and specifications
- Strong team player with a positive and collaborative approach
