We’re looking for an ambitious Tech Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You’ll specialise in placing top talent across tech industry working closely with both clients and candidates to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Source, screen, and interview supply chain professionals across multiple levels
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs and market trends
• Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process through to completion
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team targets

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive, results-driven attitude
• Able to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
