About the Role

Ensure a relentless focus on Zero Harm
Working safely within the Laboratory and on the construction site
Working alongside other team members, testing the properties of construction materials including Concrete, Grout, Soils and Aggregates
Improving the performance of existing products, already in place
Developing an understanding, knowledge and practical methods used to examine materials, including non-destructive testing (NDT)
Working to established test methods to ensure quality and to support the Lab in maintaining its accreditation to operate
Travelling to and from sites, collecting materials to be tested
Entry requirements
- Full UK driving License
- Apprentice Role — full training provided

- Good interpersonal/communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with others
- Enthusiastic learner keen to engage in practical and theoretical learning tasks
- Excellent timekeeping and punctuality
- Desire for continuous improvement and development
- Quick learner
- Flexible in ability to work across numerous locations for the role
