Passive Fire Commercial Manager

Peel are recruiting for a commercial manager for one of our clients, you will be responsible for all commercial aspects of passive fire protection projects across the South of England.

Key Responsibilities

• Full commercial and financial management of multiple Passive Fire projects
• Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities and growth areas
• Preparing and supporting high-quality tenders and bids
• Negotiating contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Driving improvements in commercial procedures, systems, and policies
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual, and industry standards
• Supporting senior leadership with strategic planning and business growth initiatives

About You

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Commercial Manager (or similar senior commercial) role within construction
• Passive Fire experience highly advantageous (Fire Stopping, Fire Doors)
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and drive informed decisions
• Confident leader, able to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders
• Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
