An established facilities management provider is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join its engineering team supporting a portfolio of commercial sites across London.

The role will involve a mix of planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and general electrical building services support. This opportunity would suit someone with previous experience in FM or commercial maintenance who is looking to join a stable and professional environment with a varied day-to-day workload.

Duties will include:

• Planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems
• Fault finding and repair across building services infrastructure
• Maintenance of lighting, power, emergency lighting, and distribution systems
• Supporting compliance and testing activities
• Liaising with site contacts and internal teams
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

Candidate profile:

• Electrical maintenance experience within FM, building services, or a similar environment
• Relevant electrical qualifications
• Good fault-finding ability and a practical approach to maintenance
• Comfortable working across multiple sites or within a mobile/site-based role
• Strong awareness of health and safety and compliance requirements
