Are you a talented junior developer coming out of education with a passion for finance, data, and quantitative problem-solving?

We’re looking for a Graduate Quantitative Researcher to work alongside other experienced quants, traders, and engineers, building and optimizing the systems that power our trading strategies globally.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain high-performance Python or C++ systems used in research, risk, and trading
- Collaborate with team members to implement and work on pricing models and backtesting frameworks
- Enhance data processing pipelines and contribute to performance optimization
- Gain exposure to financial markets, trading systems, and quantitative research
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong programming skills in either Python or C++
- Solid grasp of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, design patterns)
- Great background in Mathematics
- Analytical mindset with a genuine interest in finance and quantitative methods
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
