I am exclusively partnering with an exciting business in the food manufacturing industry.
Due to expansion and volume increase, they are currently recruiting a hands on Production individual – this could suit a Production Manager or Shift Manager.
The role will be a Mon-Fri days shift but may require some flexibility around hours.
Responsibilities
- Lead, optimise and drive growth across Production
- Implement change, increase productivity and team performance, reduce costs and waste
- Maintain high standards of food safety, compliance, KPIs and performance
- Lead, train and develop all Supervisors and operatives
Qualifications
- Experience in an up-scaling environment and implementing SOPs
- Hands on, lead by example nature with a passion and drive to make change
- Chilled food experience ideal; other food exposure acceptable
- Change agent mindset
