Overview
Harvey Nash have partnered with a global business well established within the online gaming/gambling industry who have ambitious growth plans. The company have a wide array of clients ranging from independent gaming studios to the world’s largest online casinos delivered into by teams across UK, Canada, South Africa, and China.
The successful .NET Developer will be a key player in building two additional online presences to the company’s existing client based, as they look to produce 3 games a month. You will have the opportunity to work on various modern web applications across a variety of platforms focusing on the backend. Should you choose, this role will allow you to expand your leadership capabilities as you progress in the company.
The team tend to go into the Oxford office once a month.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance backend web applications using C# and .NET.
- Collaborate on building two additional online presences to support the company’s client base and target of producing 3 games per month.
- Work across multiple platforms and modern web technologies with a focus on backend systems.
- Contribute to architecture and design decisions and potentially take on leadership responsibilities as you progress.
Essential skillset / Qualifications
- Strong commercial experience with C#, .NET
- Understanding of AWS, APIs, and CI/CD is a bonus
- Strong database and SQL experience; ideally MySQL
