We’re working with a leading UK bank on an exciting opportunity within their high-performing Commercial Real Estate team.
This role will see you manage and grow a portfolio of SME real estate clients across Northern Home Counties, delivering a standout client experience while driving income, lending growth and market share.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of real estate SME clients
- Driving income growth, balance sheet expansion & new client acquisition
- Leading on lending assessments and structuring tailored solutions
- Building strong networks with introducers, professionals & internal teams
- Acting as a key ambassador in your local market
