Talkdesk is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer in Greater London. You will conduct research, run discovery conversations, and tailor Talkdesk solutions to enterprise customers.
You will deliver compelling presentations on-site or virtual and help translate customer needs into winning proposals. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence roadmaps and assist with SOW scoping, pilots, and RFP responses, while supporting marketing events.
