Underwriting Operations & Efficiency Specialist

CFC is seeking a candidate with an underwriting background to join the operations team in Greater London. You will develop and onboard new operational processes, act as a liaison between underwriting leaders and IT, and help set up underwriting systems for maximum efficiency and quality.

You will document workflows, drive ideas for technology and process improvements, and present solutions to senior management while collaborating with underwriters and cross-functional teams to deliver value.
