As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be our technical expert on the ground, providing crucial support to customers across the UK and Ireland. Working with both legacy and cutting‑edge technologies, you’ll solve complex challenges and deliver excellence in industrial automation.
What You’ll Do
- Provide expert technical support for PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA systems
- Deliver on-site fault-finding and system optimization
- Lead commissioning projects and system improvements
- Participate in project installations from FAT through to completion
- Join our 24/7 standby rota supporting critical customer operations
Qualifications
- Degree/HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience
- Hands‑on experience with multi‑vendor PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems
- Strong background in low voltage equipment
- Project lifecycle experience
- Understanding of industrial standards and security concepts
