Overview
General Manager role at a new high‑end leisure and hospitality venture located in Bristol, South West England.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue across the site and support team leaders in all areas.
- Hands‑on oversight of room presentation, grounds maintenance, and service delivery across food & beverage.
- Manage P&L and ensure maximisation of occupancy, revenue spend, and cost control to meet financial targets.
- Maintain commercial oversight and identify opportunities to increase revenue and optimise operational performance.
Qualifications
- Experience as a General Manager in the hotel industry, with a proven record of revenue growth across multiple operating areas.
- Strong commercial mindset, able to engage and motivate a team of around 50 staff.
- Excellent communication skills and experience managing high‑standard operations.
- Open to senior operators looking to step into a more senior role, with experience managing large sites or complex operations.
Compensation
For GM level: up to £65,000 inclusive of TRONC. For Senior Operations Leader: up to £85,000 inclusive of TRONC.
