IT Technician

Location: 0900 – Lighthouse School Partnership

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time, 37 per week, All Year Round

Grade: JG5, SCP12 – SCP19

Salary: £28,598 – £32,061 (Pay Award Pending)

Start Date: 1st September 2026 (or earlier, if possible)

The Role

This is a wonderful opportunity for an enthusiastic IT Technician to join our thriving and successful Trust to assist us in achieving even greater success.

The postholder will undertake a wide range of IT support duties in all areas of the school: 1st/2nd line and elevated IT support to staff, students and parents; ensuring ICT and classroom AV equipment meets user requirements; providing first class support to Trust users.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first line and second line IT support to all users across the schools.
  • Ensure ICT and classroom AV equipment meets user requirements.
  • Offer elevated support and troubleshooting as needed.
