Location: Cardiff

Pay Rates: Senior RGN: £22.00 per hour; Night RGN: £20.00 per hour

Hours: Full‑time, permanent | Day and night shifts available

Role

Registered Nurse (RGN) – Days & Nights

The service supports a mixed resident group across residential, nursing, dementia residential, and dementia nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality nursing and person‑centred care.
• Lead and support the care team on shift.
• Carry out clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management.
• Support residents with dementia, complex nursing, and long‑term care needs.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure CIW compliance.
• Senior RGN: provide clinical leadership and oversight on shift.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN.
• Previous nursing home experience (preferred).
• Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills (senior role).
• Compassionate, reliable, and person‑centred approach.
• Sponsorship not available.
