Business Development Manager (International Expansion – Europe)

We build web-data analytics products that turn messy public Web data into actionable insights for product, risk, and market‑intel teams. We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to lead our European expansion from 0→1.

You will:

  • Own go‑to‑market for priority regions (DACH, Benelux, Nordics, UK&I, CEE).
  • Build pipeline via targeted outbound (email, LinkedIn) and qualify inbound leads.
  • Run discovery, tailor value props, and close new business with mid‑market & enterprise buyers.
  • Localize messaging, pricing, and commercial terms; negotiate NDAs/MSAs, orders, and renewals.
  • Navigate procurement/InfoSec/DPA (GDPR) with support from Product & Legal.
  • Forecast accurately; track KPIs (meetings booked, SQOs, win rate, ACV, cycle length, expansions).
  • Represent us at events and customer onsite sessions (travel up to 20–30%).

Must‑have:

  • 3–5+ years in B2B SaaS/Data sales or business development with a strong new‑logo track record in Europe.
  • Proven quota attainment; references or metrics to back it up.
  • Excellent English (C1+); another European language (e.g., German/French/Dutch/Spanish/Italian) is a strong plus.
  • Hands‑on with HubSpot/Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/Outreach; solid CRM hygiene.
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC/BANT/SPIN, multi‑threading, and enterprise deal navigation.
  • Ability to discuss APIs, data pipelines, and compliance at a high level; crisp written comms and demo skills.
  • EU work authorization and willingness to travel.

Nice‑to‑have:

  • Experience selling data/analytics, web‑scraping, ML/NLP, risk/fraud, market‑intel.
  • Network in DACH/UK/Nordics; early‑stage (seed/Series A) experience.
  • Exposure to InfoSec questionnaires (ISO 27001/SOC 2) and public‑sector RFPs.
