Description

• Supervise and manage backshift operations to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with other teams to address and resolve operational challenges promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities.
• Report progress and any issues to senior management as required.

Profile

A successful Front Line Manager – Backshift should have:

Job Offer

• Salary of £39900 including shift allowance
• Sunday – Thursday (Sunday: 12pm-9pm | Mon-Thurs: 3:00pm-12:00am)
