Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN) – Lead Clinical Excellence

Care Concern Group is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN) to lead our care home in Biggleswade. You will collaborate closely with the Home Manager, ensuring clinical excellence and high-quality care delivery for up to 65 residents.

The successful candidate will have extensive clinical experience, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of compliance and governance. Our care home values Trust, Respect, Passion, Kindness, and Inclusivity, and we’re looking for someone who aligns with these values.

This position offers a salary of £62,000 per annum, a contracted 40-hour work week, and various employee benefits.
