What You’ll Be Doing
As a Store Supervisor, you’ll help lead the store alongside management, ensuring smooth operations each shift. You’ll be responsible for:
- Guiding and supporting your team to meet store goals and deliver great service
- Resolving customer queries with a friendly, solution‑focused approach
- Ensuring shelves are well‑stocked, clean, and organised
- Assisting with stock deliveries and back‑of‑house organisation
- Taking on keyholder duties, including opening and closing the store as needed

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a retail leadership role such as Supervisor, Shift Leader, or Team Leader
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A hands‑on, team‑first attitude with great customer focus
- The confidence to lead and the energy to make things happen
