About the Role

Falconer’s Court is a residential service home to 7 adult females with autism spectrum conditions and other learning and physical disabilities. We are looking for a friendly, energetic and hard‑working person with a fun spirit and a passion for supporting others.

Your role as a support worker will be vital in helping those we support to feel empowered to live as independently as possible. You will play a big role in supporting daily activities which could include: baking, arts and crafts, swimming and bowling. You’ll also be responsible for carrying out the person‑centred support plans (including personal care), following risk assessments, administering medication and completing daily reports to ensure those we care for are safeguarded while living their best life.

About You

We are looking for friendly, hard‑working people with a fun spirit and a good sense of humour to join our team of support staff.

Shift times are 07:30‑15:00 & 14:30‑22:00, longer days at weekends.
