Halesowen College is looking for a dedicated individual to lead and coordinate the student wellbeing provision. This role involves delivering high-quality support services, promoting mental health and emotional wellbeing among learners, and managing a team of Wellbeing Advisors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically coordinating a comprehensive college approach to wellbeing in compliance with statutory guidance. The College is committed to safeguarding and will conduct appropriate vetting for successful candidates.
