SEN Coordinator (Temporary) – Milton Keynes

About the role:

Justteachers is recruiting an experienced SEN Coordinator for a well-resourced secondary school in Milton Keynes. This full-time temporary role runs from September 2026 to July 2027. You will lead the development and implementation of SEN strategies across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee provision for pupils with SEN across all year groups
• Advise and support teaching staff on differentiation and intervention strategies
• Monitor pupil progress and produce reports for senior leadership
• Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies
• Ensure compliance with statutory SEN regulations

Pre-requisites:

• Proven experience in SEN coordination or leadership
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of SEN legislation and practice
• Enhanced DBS and two recent professional references
