Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and protect premises, staff, visitors and assets
- Control site access and check visitors in and out
- Respond to incidents, concerns or emergencies in a calm and professional manner
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records
- Follow all health and safety, site and security procedures
- Provide excellent customer service when dealing with staff, visitors and members of the public
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of site security operations
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience dealing with the public is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
