Food Hygiene Operator

Hygiene Operator – Nights (Caerphilly) – 4 on / 4 off

We’re recruiting Hygiene Operators for a busy food manufacturing site in the Caerphilly area. This is a full‑time role working a 4 on / 4 off pattern on nights, ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work and a consistent routine.

What you’ll be doing

• Deep cleaning production lines, equipment, and work areas
• Using cleaning agents safely and correctly
• Ensuring all areas meet strict food safety standards
• Preparing the site for the next day’s production

Shift Pattern

• Nights only: 6pm–6am
• 4 on / 4 off
• Full‑time hours

Pay Rates

• £15.89 per hour – Nights
• Weekend overtime pay

What we’re looking for

• Reliable and safety‑focused workers
• Previous hygiene or cleaning experience is helpful but not essential
• Comfortable working with chemicals (full training provided)
• Able to work 12‑hour night shifts on a rotating pattern
