Due to continued expansion, they are looking to strengthen their Residential Property team with the addition of a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a diverse caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, equity releases, and re-mortgages.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documentation related to residential conveyancing.
- Manage transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring exceptional client service throughout.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, lenders, and colleagues.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and requirements.
