Trinity Hospice is a well-established independent charity on the Fylde Coast, providing specialist palliative care for adults with life-limiting illnesses and their families, as well as delivering children’s services through Brian House.
We are looking to recruit a Catering Assistant to join our busy and supportive Catering team. Working within a 7-day rota (including weekends), you will support the delivery of a high-quality catering service to patients, staff, volunteers and visitors.
The role involves assisting with food preparation and service, setting up catering for functions and ward areas, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen and associated areas.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working in a catering environment (ideally within healthcare or a similar setting)
- An understanding of food hygiene and, ideally, special dietary requirements
- A team-focused approach with good communication skills
- A flexible, reliable attitude with high personal standards
