An established and growing MEP Consultancy with over 18 years of industry experience is looking to expand its mechanical team with an additional engineer based in their Kent office.

You will have the chance to develop well‑rounded experience by being involved in everything from client meetings and site visits through to project coordination, budgeting, advisory and design management — not just sitting behind a desk focused solely on design work.
The consultancy works closely with several long‑standing architects, project managers, managing agents and developers, resulting in a consistent and fast‑paced project pipeline. The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer to join a dynamic consultancy working on prestigious UK and international projects.
You will become an integral part of the growing team, contributing to project success while maintaining high standards of quality, technical delivery and compliance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing early‑stage Scope of Works and Performance Specifications
- Design monitoring and detailed mechanical design
- Project management and budgeting
- Project coordination across multidisciplinary teams
- Licence to Alter applications and coordination
- Providing all‑round technical and strategic client advisory services
- Supporting project delivery from concept through to completion
- Liaising directly with clients, contractors, consultants and stakeholders

Requirements
- UK driving licence
- Willingness to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week
