Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to help shape and deliver high-quality management information (MI) and insights across the bank.

You’ll play a key role in developing robust, trusted reporting, working closely with stakeholders to turn data into meaningful insights that drive better decision-making in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports from data sourcing through to insight delivery
• Build and optimise data models to ensure performance, scalability, and usability
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, risk, finance, and operations
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across reporting outputs
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation and best practice
• Support data literacy and promote a data-driven culture across the organisation

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in data analysis or MI (ideally regulated environments)
• Solid SQL and experience with multiple data sources
• Good understanding of data governance, quality, and security
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Able to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in a small team
