Account Manager – Surrey

We are currently working on behalf of a successful European organisation looking to recruit an ambitious Account Manager to be based at one of their key clients in Surrey.

Responsibilities

• Responsible, and accountable, for day‑to‑day management of the client relationship and business.
• Provide operational excellence, exceptional customer‑service skills, negotiation abilities, crisis‑management experience, process and project‑management skills, and reporting.
• Manage and oversee the complete process from conception through to completion, ensuring client expectations are exceeded and projects delivered on time, every time.
• Assist clients through each step of a campaign.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience within the Print Arena (POS, DM or General Print) with strong technical knowledge.
• Strong technical knowledge to assist clients through campaign stages.
• Resident in the United Kingdom.
