What you will do
- Prescription Screening: Accurately check and screen prescriptions, ensuring patient safety and compliance with clinical standards.

- EPMA Systems: Utilise WellSky and Cerner EPMA systems effectively within clinical workflows.
- Ward-Based Practice: Deliver high‑quality pharmacy services within a hospital ward environment.
- Service Improvement: Contribute to the development and enhancement of pharmacy services and processes.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Registered Pharmacist with relevant professional registration.
- Recent experience working as a ward pharmacist within a hospital setting.
- Experience using WellSky and Cerner EPMA systems.
- Strong clinical knowledge in medicines and surgical care.
- Full UK driving licence.
