An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paralegal to join a well-established Property Litigation team at a respected law firm.

This role offers the chance to work alongside experienced lawyers on a varied caseload of property disputes, providing excellent exposure to high-quality work and genuine opportunities for career development.

nThe Opportunity

Joining a successful Property Litigation team, you will support fee earners across a broad range of residential and commercial property disputes while managing your own responsibilities and contributing to the continued success of the department.

Assisting on a wide range of property litigation matters

Supporting with landlord and tenant disputes
nt

nt
Preparing legal documents, court applications and correspondence
nt

nt
Conducting legal research and case preparation
nt

nt
Managing client communications and maintaining case files
nt

nt
Assisting with possession claims, lease disputes and boundary disputes
nt

nt
Liaising with clients, courts and third parties
nt

nt
Supporting fee earners on complex litigation matters

Previous experience as a Paralegal within Property Litigation or a similar litigation environment
