Hourly Rate – £12.71

What you’ll be doing:
- Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’s clients.
- Inducted at the start of your contract and trained within your first week of work. Learn how to deliver the cleaning & maintenance specification, and understand what Atlas requires of you as a cleaning supervisor at our client’s site.
- Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
- Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials – you will receive full training.
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Ensure external areas are kept clean and maintained to a high safety standard and well presented at all times.
- Maintain bins/recycling room.
- Accept and coordinate deliveries.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
- Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
About You
Are excited about making a difference. Have a positive and friendly attitude. Are local to the area.
All you need is:
- An attitude to thrive, and cleaning/supervisory experience.
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- Basic level of spoken English – for communication on safety, and your confidence communicating with members of the public and the management team at our client’s site.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- A right to work in the UK (please bring your evidence to the interview).
- A Basic DBS check.
