Our client is a growing commercial maintenance contractor based in Corringham, Thurrock, and they are looking to recruit an experienced HVAC Engineer to join their expanding team.

The role will involve working across a range of commercial projects around the M25 areas. The Managing Director is flexible and open to considering both self‑employment (CIS) and permanent arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Installation, servicing and maintenance of HVAC systems
• Work on commercial projects located around the M25
• Fault finding and repairs
• Work independently and as part of a wider team
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service

Requirements

• Previous HVAC / Air Conditioning / Commercial Heating experience
• FGAS qualification preferred
• Relevant NVQ / City & Guilds qualifications advantageous
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to travel to various project locations

• £250‑£330 daily rate DOE (self‑employed)
